The newly built beach hotel Seerose in 1997 is located in Kölpinsee on the island of Usedom right by the sea. The house in the 4-star comfort offers 109 rooms, a restaurant and conservatory with an excellent gastronomic offer, a beach bistro, a bar “Laderaum” and a cocktail bar. A swimming pool with sauna and steam bath, the spa “Seerose”, the gym, bowling alley and the library complete the wide range of the house. Meetings, events and balls are held all year round in the 700 sqm meeting and event hall. Work there where other holidays make!!!

Type of employment: Full time, part time

Responsible for the reception area during the night hours Contact for hotel guests in all matters during the night Implementation of late check-ins at 23.00-06.30 Acceptance of all incoming phone calls Monitoring of all safety-relevant areas and inputs Regular controls throughout the hotel complex Preparation of the reception for the next morning/day Transfer of information and transfer to the early shift Compliance with hotel standards Trustful management of all hotel rooms and general keys as well as all the keys of the operating areas Processing and disclosure of guest complaints

completed vocational training ideally in the hotel compartment (not necessarily necessary) first professional experience as night audio / night porter of advantage Experience with a booking software High service and service orientation and good communication skills Organizational talent, host mentality and very good ways of handling High awareness of responsibility Self-employment and self-initiative safe and friendly appearance as well as a positive appearance
