Your profile

• Successfully completed 1. Legal State Exam (Note at least ‘satisfactory’)
• Ideally, the focus is on working law
• Embossed communication skills and team skills
• Open and convincing personality
• Very good knowledge of German in word and writing

Your tasks

• Insight into the activities of a corporate lawyer as a legal expert - labour law and HR compliance, active cooperation and application of theoretical knowledge
• Advising HR and executives from the departments on labour law issues
• Independent clarification and opinions of abstract legal issues and the preparation of opinions
• Support for separation processes
• Accompanying / preparation of labour court proceedings
• Self-creating and processing of personal documents and job contract drafts
• Support for the company-wide implementation of legal and legislative changes
• Close cooperation with our business lawyers and syndicate law lawyers on issues relating to labour law and the HR Compliance System
