The Head of Passage is responsible for the professional, human and disciplinary management of the approximately 120 associated employees. It ensures the economic, service- and safety-oriented planning, implementation, control and further development of the plants/processes in operational execution. Professional and disciplinary leadership, guidance, motivation and development of the associated employees Ensuring efficient and customer-oriented performance and airline specifications Relationship management with airline customers, process partners (internal/external), airport operators Quality control of ground handling based on the SLAs and the requirements of the Ground Operations Safety Management Systems of the customer airlines Provider management by reviewing the quality standards of internal and external trades Development and implementation of a continuous improvement of all relevant passage processes Takeover of operational activities in the daily business Conducting target agreements and annual discussions with the associated employees
