To strengthen our team, we are now looking for a knowledgeable and dedicated Mobile App Developer (m/w/d). As part of the developer team, you take end-to-end responsibility for design, implementation and operation of existing and new functionality. The team is agile and works self-organized in 3-week sprints. We offer a pleasant working environment, as well as flexible working hours. You can tell us what week working time you can imagine working with us. The minimum number of hours for the position is 35 hours per week.

You develop with us the “My SWM” app that is implemented with floodter (Android and iOS). With your expertise and a fresh look, you are proactively contributing to the improvement of various aspects, such as architecture, code quality, best practices and tooling. You work in a cross-functional Scrum team and take responsibility for a successful development process together with us. You bring an end-to-end product perspective and exchange yourself closely and proactively with PO, UX designers, testers and developers to design customer-oriented concepts and find suitable technical implementation solutions. In the best case, you also bring backend knowledge and support in the further development of our backend and REST APIs that have been implemented with Java, Kotlin and Spring Boot. You independently tune interfaces to other teams and systems and have the overall processes in mind You bring your expertise into relevant voting rounds and communities of practice

Successfully completed university studies in the field of computer science or vocational training in the technical environment with additional IT career experience Proven well-founded expertise in the professional development of mobile apps (in the best case even flooders) Professional experience in implementing UIs with complex state handling You are as important to the code and technical implementation as active cooperation in the development of requirements and designs You know yourself with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes Curious and open to other technologies and the urge to constantly learn Structured approach with focus on quality - you always have the customer perspective in mind You bring an agile mindset and have ideally worked in a Scrum development team
