In order to strengthen our team, we are looking for a HR Business Services Manager (m/w/d) for our locations in Stuttgart, which continues our commitment to excellent personnel support and tailor-made solutions in the HR sector.

The position is located in Kornal-Münchingen and reports directly to the HR Business Services Cluster Leader, DACH & Germany. Local presence and language skills are important to fulfill the core tasks.

Your tasks: Advice and support of executives and employees of defined locations in all personal and labour law matters Accompanying the entire employee life cycle: support of the onboarding process, personnel development, change processes, advice on and implementation of disciplinary measures, conduct separation talks Support for the implementation of regular HR processes (e.g. performance management, salary adjustments, employee surveys) Promoting compliance with applicable business agreements and corporate provisions Close and constructive cooperation with local employee representatives Active membership in the respective site leadership team to support decision-making for the sites

Graduate degree with a focus on staff or a comparable qualification Founded many years of professional experience as HR Manager, preferably with experience with companies in the production environment fingertip feeling in dealing with people, open appearance and communication strength Pragmatic, independent and solution-oriented working with Hands-on-Mentality Readiness to travel to support multiple sites German and English knowledge in word and writing
