(full time, hybrid) now at our locations in Michelstadt or Miltenberg.

Administration, monitoring and continuous optimization of our IT system landscape. Responsibility for change and release management in close cooperation with our departments. Planning, control and documentation of change and release processes based on ITIL standards. Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g. MaRisk, DORA) in change and release management. Analysis and troubleshooting and incidents in the change management environment. Participation in the development and automation of our IT processes. Creation and maintenance of system and process documentation. Support in the introduction of new applications and technologies. Participation in patch and lifecycle management. Participation in IT projects and acquisition of special tasks in system administration.

Complete IT training (e.g. specialist informatics) or a comparable qualification. Multiannual professional experience in system administration, ideally in the banking environment. Finded knowledge in change and release management, preferably according to ITIL. Safe handling of IT service management tools and documentation systems. Experience in implementing regulatory requirements (e.g. MaRisk, DORA). Analytical and solution-oriented operation. Excellent sense of responsibility, reliability and self-initiative. Teamability and communication strength. Ready for continuous training. Very good knowledge of German in word and writing.
