Projects and Digitization | Connection and Measurement Service | SWM Services GmbH The connection and measurement service area is becoming a central player of the energy transition and an integral service provider for a smart grid in Munich. The service and technology department takes over a variety of overarching and complex tasks within the connection and measurement service to enable efficient management of the network connection and the measurement point operation. The necessary technical foundations will be developed to ensure networking with internal and external specialist bodies and partners. A focus is also on the automation of business processes, the digital transformation and the integration of technological innovations. Please let us know which weekly working time you imagine. Identification, documentation and analysis of business requirements in close coordination with stakeholders Design of detailed requirements and their validation with the departments Implementation of requirements workshops, interviews and meetings to capture and validate requirements Close cooperation with the development teams to ensure the implementation of the requirements Assessment of solution options and preparation of appropriate recommendations Support in defining business processes and modeling processes Continuous maintenance and updating of the requirement documentation

Complete studies in the field of business information technology, computer science, business management or comparable training Multiannual professional experience in business analysis and requirement management in complex IT projects Ideal knowledge in the energy sector Knowledge of the application of business analysis methods and tools Experience in cooperation with agile development teams and knowledge of agile methods such as Scrum or Kanban Business Analysis (e.g. IIBA certification) certifications are advantageous
