Through exciting operations in our manufacturing departments, you learn to set, operate and monitor modern machines. You also capture the finished processing step on a PC. Your work creates our drive, transport and process belts. But not enough – you control the manufactured quality of the products and decide whether you need to work on one or the other. You learn what real craftsmanship is.

You have successfully finished the school (although) and maths and natural sciences have always been fun. You have technical understanding and craftsmanship, you like to pack up and keep you physically fit? Great, we'll even get you money for that... Two years of time and interest in training with Pfiff. You have longer time? We are happy to take good young people into an unlimited working relationship.

Through intensive training and training with the other trainees, you get to know our company quickly. Soon you are the professional for questions about our company. We give you time and space to independently process your tasks. But you also receive personal care and we promote your talents. We're not getting bored. Promise! With us you can design and drive projects together with the other Azubis. To not let the fun come too short, Azubi events are part of the program. Teamwork is all for us.
