Strategy development for the energy transition: based on the long-term corporate strategy, you develop innovative and sustainable concepts for district heating and gas supply. Focus on cost-optimized and yield-optimized management of our networks and plants, taking into account the safety, quality of supply and climate targets. Action planning: They derive concrete investment and maintenance measures from the strategies, prioritise them in time and integrate them into our annual and medium-term budget planning. Promoting innovation: They continually examine new technologies and approaches to making district heating and gas supply more efficient, climate-friendly and sustainable. Interface for the energy transition: They coordinate between internal technical units, external market participants (e.g. the city of Kiel, builders, concession holders) and other stakeholders to create synergies and successfully implement projects. Regulation and standards: They develop technical regulations and standards for the planning, construction and operation of our district heating and gas networks and plants. You will take into account legal, technical and economic conditions.

They have completed university studies (FH) in the field of engineering (e.g. mechanical engineering, utility technology, energy technology). Multiannual experience in the field of project or construction management, especially in the planning, project planning and optimization of supply lines and networks, will also bring you, ideally in the area of district heating. They have sound knowledge in the planning, construction and operation of district heating and gas networks and systems as well as in technical controlling. Good knowledge of the relevant regulations (e.g. AGFW and DVGW) and basic knowledge in the field of energy management (EnWG) are desirable. Very good knowledge of MS Office 365 is obvious to you. In addition, you are familiar with Power BI and have worked with GEO information systems (e.g. Smallworld/ProNis) and SAP modules (PM, IM, FI). They convince with their communication strength, like working in the team and have a strong decision-making and analysis competence.
