For our semi-stationary women's community with 10 seats at Bad Oldesloe we are looking for reinforcement as Senior Consultant (m/w/d) Working environment At the Bad Oldesloe site, klaarnoord gGmbH provides assistance for people with mental illnesses and/or addiction. A training as a social teacher, social worker or a comparable pedagogical qualification Experience in the accompaniment of people with mental illness, trauma disorders and trauma-sensitive work Expertise in working with women affected by violence. An additional qualification in the field of trauma therapy or trauma education would be desirable. A high level of tolerance, empathy and feminist and impartial attitude Team and Conflict Skill - Together with colleagues is important to you Personal stability, resilience and self-employment in the work organisation driving licence class B
