They carry out technical and strategic tasks in the contract area of outpatient care for the federal state of Thuringia and actively carry out these tasks. Your responsibility is also covered by contract negotiations in outpatient care and implementation of contracts. In close coordination with our Member States, other types of health insurance and contractual partners, you coordinate cooperation and promote targeted communication. They analyse supply and expenditure data, evaluate them and develop policy bases based on them. In addition, prepare informed decisions and represent the vdek as well as the substitute funds at national level.

You have completed university studies in the field of health economics, economics or social sciences. Alternatively, you have qualified vocational training in the statutory social security system with relevant professional experience. In dealing with the common Microsoft Office applications, you are safe and routined. They carefully analyse complex behaviours and prepare them in a comprehensible and addressable manner. Their communicative competencies as well as their negotiation skills allow you to represent a sovereign interest in demanding conversation situations. They communicate safely in word and writing and your cooperative working style contributes to a good team collaboration.
