We are looking for you for the property office of the state capital of Stuttgart. The place is to be occupied in part-time (85 %) and limited until 31.12.2025 for the duration of a medical representation with the option of subsequent renewal.

It is a varied area of responsibility in the field of object management for undeveloped land. They are responsible for a spatially limited area within Stuttgart, comprising the management and management of undeveloped land (e.g. individual gardens, warehouses, parking spaces, meadows, agricultural land etc.).

A job that enthuses you

• You are responsible for the completion of ongoing and the completion or termination of lease and lease contracts for undeveloped land of the city of Stuttgart
• Control of proper management on the basis of existing lease and lease contracts
• answering the comments on requests for urban land (including specialist offices)
• Participation in meetings as participants in higher-level use of undeveloped urban land
• Maintenance of contracts in the system (SAP), monitoring of rental and lease income
• Application of care and entertainment work, initiation and monitoring of property clearances, auditing, organization and file storage, communication and correspondence as a contact person for citizens, contractors and offices

A change or addition of the task area is reserved.

Your profile that suits us

• a completed degree (Bachelor/Diplom) in the real estate sector, real estate economics, public management, financial management or an alternative comparable university degree or
• successfully passed examination as an administrative specialist (e.g. employee training II) or
• Real estate specialist (IHK) or alternatively a comparable qualification with equivalent skills, multiannual real estate business experience or
• successfully completed study of law or economics
• safe handling of customers and contractual partners and good communication skills
• Willingness to exercise external services in Stuttgart
