Policies, support teams in implementation and design a pioneering control software for the platform strategy. This makes the job interesting for me: 50Hertz develops the Next Generation Modular Control Center System (MCCS) to meet the requirements for digitalization in the energy transition. As part of the critical infrastructure, this system must meet the highest performance, safety and reliability requirements. These must be made transparent and comprehensible for the development teams and at the same time the implementation or compliance is checked. Relevant aspects are the implementation/preparation/planning of basic architecture and development guidelines, the continuous review of the software by (automated) tests, compliance guidelines and integration into existing measures to maintain a 24/7 operation. My tasks: I design the standards and specifications for the following topics with my team of specialists: IT security, resilience and vulnerability management, Test management (classical to chaos engineering), Compliance Management,

Together with the users and other stakeholders, I examine existing approaches and concepts in the inventory systems and develop them for the new requirements, I maintain my backlog, create user stories, agree with other teams and present in sprint reviews together with my team, I advise and support our development teams in the implementation of these key requirements and, if necessary, create an understanding of their need, I plan and tax central activities to review their implementation, for example through penetration tests, the use of Chaos Monkeys, external audits, etc., I create transparency about the implementation of Product Owner, Product Leads and Senior Management and I am the central contact person for strategic questions, I tax the activities of my team in the context of our agile development organization and agree with the development teams and our stakeholders. I have a degree, preferably in computer science, business informatics or an STEM subject, I already have experience in developing software for technical infrastructure applications, Basics of cloud-native software, microservices and event-driven architectures are not a book with seven seals for me, I have gathered these experiences in agile and classic development processes for software solutions, A target-group-oriented communication, even more complex situations, is easy for me, I speak German (C1) and English (B2), I am willing to take part in a call willingness.
