Mechatronics Technician for vehicle integration

Location: Munich

As a Mechatronics technician for vehicle integration, you will:Vehicle related tasks:Mount measurement equipment in the test including vehicles, sensors, cables, ECUs and other electronic devices. Set into function and maintain the measurement equipment, fault tracing and bug fixing. Setup, calibrate and carry out diagnostic of electronic and mechanical test measurement equipment, diagnostic equipment and sensors Integration of ECU software in the test vehicles Configuring, calibrating and coding different ADAS systems Technical supervision of the garage related tasks: Define and follow the maintenance plan: Oversee service, maintenance and repairs of the vehicles. Oversee service, maintenance and repairs of reliability lab equipment including mechanical test machines, lab bench equipment and data acquisition systems Define/source future equipment needs together with the team. Work with site management on equipment and facility related work-safety issues. Support with the purchasing of required equipment and material. In summary, your responsibility as part of a team will be to deliver vehicles which the feature teams can use for testing their functions, and help maintain a good working environment in the garage.You will work in self-guided teams and interface globally across the company, where you will help decisions.

Electrical qualification as “electrical power” Experience in assembling/disassembling car parts Experience in harness manufacturinges and soldering Experience with maintenance of equipment (measurement equipment), facility requirements and integration in a lab environment Experience with setting up dGPS, RADAR and LIDAR systems Knowledge of vehicle networks (CAN, FlexRay, Ethernet) Experience in mechatronics and testing Conscientious, independent and structured way of working Interest in working in the development field of vehicles Excellent English language skills (B2) Excellent German language skills German driver license type B The position is on site, no home office possibilities
