Your tasksYou are responsible as an agile leadership for a strong team of about 15 colleagues:inside with the focus project and process management The promotion of the talents of each individual team member as well as the support of a strengthened commitment are of course for you Methods such as development dialogue, accompaniment, reflection and coaching are essential aspects of your work Conflict management should not be a foreign word for you You will ensure a good resource management and strategic personnel planning in cooperation with your team to achieve the goals with the team. Responsibility lies primarily with you You are in close coordination with the agile coaches
