Assistant to the Managing Director (m/w/d)

For an international company that produces innovative luminaires for the public sector and is currently driving its market entry in Germany, we are looking for an assistance of the management (m/w/d) as part of the direct recruitment process. This role supports management in the areas of sales, marketing and HR. The tasks include the organisation and coordination of projects, the support for strategic decisions and the administrative support of the management team. An organizational talent and a solution-oriented person is sought, who works independently and masters both organisational and communicative tasks.

Management of customer files and processing of contracts and offers Organisation of meetings, presentations and business events Care and analysis of the customer database (CRM) to improve the relationship management Participation in the recruitment process and administration of applications Management of employee files, contracts and holiday requests Support for onboarding initiatives and training programs for new employees Planning and implementation of marketing measures in cooperation with the communication team Support for business development through the provision of communication and presentations Organisation of local measures to strengthen brand presence and coordination with external service providers Search for local service providers and negotiate offers Translating and adapting image material, materials and means of communication

A completed study, e.g. Business Administration or a completed commercial vocational training German and fluent knowledge of English Professional experience as an assistant to management as well as in the following tasks (distribution, HR and marketing support) Proactive operation and the ability to act effectively in a fast and demanding environment and deliver results with an efficient, targeted approach.
