For the IT sector central IT services we are looking for a*n at the next time DevOps Engineer Development Environment (m/w/div) Location: Berlin Date of entry: Immediate Application deadline: 07.07.2025 Call number: 11-108-2025 Employment: Full time (part time is possible in principle) Remuneration: E11 TV EntgO-DRV Activity The ''DRV Bund IT'' is the service provider for the German Pension Insurance Federation and develops and operates a complex IT system landscape in close customer agreement. With our central IT services, we are responsible for the tasks Middle server level, application operation of the core system, Microsoft infrastructure, development environment and tools as well as container technology. In the team we provide various programming languages, development environments (IDE) and tools. We also operate platforms for managing external repositories, a CI/CD platform and a platform for static code analysis.

Conception, implementation and documentation of IT development processes (IDE, CI/CD) Install, configure and operate complex IT tools for software development Product responsibility for selected products 2nd level support for the developers of the DRV Bund including error analysis and troubleshooting Support the incorporation of new employees and continuous knowledge transfer and exchange in the work area and cross-subsidiary bodies Working in project or working groups and bodies (including across the board)

A successfully completed vocational training in the IT sector (for example, specialist informatics*in application development) or an equivalent qualification (e.g. IT-specific qualification) or comparable, long-term practical experience in IT or successful completion of higher education (Bachelor, Diplom FH) in IT Multiannual job-relevant professional experience in software development Current knowledge and practical experience with Linux operating system and in programming with Java and/or Python Experiences with version control systems (e.g. Git) and automation tools (e.g. Jenkins and Ansible) Good knowledge and practical experience in handling at least one of the following applications: Artifactory, Jenkins, SonarQube, X-Ray, IntelliJ, Eclipse, VS Code or Visual Cobol A high analytical and structured way of thinking and working together with a high level of readiness to learn Communication strength in word and writing combined with solution and process orientation, as well as the ability to collaborate in multidisciplinary teams round off your profile
