IT Governance- & Third-Party-Risk Manager (m/w/d)

Responsibility for the design and resilience of IT governance in Germany Main contact partner for regulated companies in Germany and Switzerland as well as advisors to the IT management and teams further development of hosting and processes within the framework of regulatory and internal requirements Determination of outsourcing and undersourcing conditions and risk of concentration Identification of outsourcing risks and development of risk reduction measures Checking the Internal Control System (IKS) with regard to optimization potentials Planning and implementation of own projects and cooperation in international strategic projects Ensure regular and ad hoc reporting to management bodies and decision-makers Plan and perform training Ensuring comprehensive auditable documentation

You have a successfully completed computer science study or a comparable training (e.g. farmer, IT specialist with regulatory background, IT auditor, audit experience, IT consulting) You have experience in regulation with a good overview of EU and BaFin requirements (DORA, KAIT / BAIT / VAIT etc.) You have knowledge of relevant market standards, best practices or certifications (e.g. ISO2700X, CoBit, CIS, ITIL) Outstanding analytical and conceptual skills You see learning as a lifelong task to constantly develop your skills and learn new technologies They work independently, result-oriented and with high self-responsibility You have fun in partnership with departments and IT service providers Your knowledge of German & English is very good, written and oral
