Tasks · Establishment of claim management and responsibility for cross-disciplinary exchange, in particular with the Quality Management Department Processing of incoming and outgoing claims, if necessary including external legal advisers Further development and standardization of processes and documentation for claim management Priority of risks according to economic and legal consequences Support for claims management and the preparation of contracts and their audit for warranty topics Acquisition of central warranty processing Implementation of evaluations as well as training of stakeholders to prevent future claims Requirements Successfully completed studies in the field of civil engineering, electrical engineering, law or comparable qualification as a state-tested technician or master (preferably energy technology, alternative economic engineering or electrical engineering) Insufficient experience in the field of claim or claim Contract management Multiannual experience in the construction of large projects, ideally in the field of photovoltaics Enforcement and sovereign occurrence Communication skills with high social competence Embossed team skills, problem-solving competence and independent working Very good German knowledge is urgently required (at least C2) Very good English skills in word and writing are of advantage (at least C1) Apply online Imprint | Privacy Policy Powered by softgarden JOBV1_EN
