In the Nursing Division in Münster, coordination of PV assessment (m/w/d) must be carried out for the first time at the next possible time.

Support and cooperation of the management department Care in the field of assessment (EFB and QP) Representation of the Management Division Care in the field of assessment (EFB and QP) Coordination of personnel deployment planning of regional lines EFB and QP Coordination of multi-site and regional personnel deployment planning in the EFB and QP Self-analysis of personnel planning in the EFB and QP as well as support in personnel planning Technical support of PV order management at the planning office QP Development of detailed specifications in the field of assessment management, including harmonisation of operational and technical requirements Close exchange with the technical management Tour planning Cross-system monitoring of operations and the inventory in the SPV and showing necessary process adjustments Organisation of service meetings and training in cooperation with the specialist department Care Support for documentation of service meetings and creation of PowerPoint presentations Independent project development and project management on topics from the daily work spectrum, in particular on the development of structural, process and quality standards Further tasks can be transferred through the management of the Care division

Examined care professional with several years of professional experience in assessment, ideally in individual case assessment and quality examination Knowledge of the MD structure Joy of organization, structuring and design High social competence Analytical skills High team capability Communication and motivation Joy in conceptual work High level of flexibility readiness to take responsibility and act independently Good knowledge of Office
