Your tasks:

Your responsibilities *Preventive securing or qualification of components in the context of project processing for suppliers with regard to the applicable quality standards

• Implementation of product and process audits to ensure qualitatively perfect serial deliveries as well as possibly Introduction of appropriate measures Sampling and approval of parts and corresponding processes at the supplier, taking into account current requirements from the specifications and specifications as well as internal testing requirements Monitoring of the associated component sizes within the vehicle projects to ensure quality requirements as well as carrying out optimization measures, cause analysis and error removal by using analysis and problem solving techniques *Initiating and monitoring measures in the construction works and in the case of suppliers and cross-company support in the case of complaint

Your qualifications:

That's what you bring Completed study of mechanical engineering, forming technology, vehicle engineering or comparable training with several years of experience in quality management or component management Funded knowledge of tool technologies for manufacturing metal components

• Complete training for the VDA 6.3 auditor as well as sound knowledge in the Q method application (prototype & serial phase) Team and communication skills (safe handling of moderation and presentation techniques) as well as high flexibility, targeting and independent work at the supplier High readiness and valid driving licence of class B *Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
