As part of the Product division in the B2C business segment, you are responsible as a lateral manager for a cross-functional team for the development of dynamic products In your role, you drive the energy, commercial and digital product development of dynamic products and flexibility solutions for new and existing customers, including the establishment of the necessary process, data and infrastructures You are the central interface for all overarching topics within the company for private customers around the commercialization of product solutions to use the flexibility of our end customers In your lead function, you develop and manage the integration of flexibility solutions and dynamic products with a focus on customer needs, stability and scalability You take over the lateral guidance of a cross-functional team from product managers, process experts, developers, product designers and data engineers You support and empower our teams as well as our sales channels and inventory customer channels to successfully place our dynamic products in the market You carry out analyses regularly, guide action recommendations and plans and define KPI ́s to check and optimize the success of the measures. You regularly present the results of your team

You bring a successfully completed (Master) degree and several years of successful experience in product management or a comparable qualification with You have experience as a leader of a highly qualified and self-employed team You can also prove successful professional experience as Product Manager, Business Owner or Product Owner with at least 5 years of experience You have relevant know-how from the (international) energy market You are at home in the world of design thinking and conduct all projects and processes of product (further) development based on customer-centric and agile methods A very customer-oriented and problem-solving mindset characterizes you, as you are very structured and always keeps the overview For your job you burn and work on the best possible results You can share your knowledge and knowledge in your team and with other departments You are strong in communication, flexible, organized and have a heart for sustainability – then we look forward to you!
