IT Training Program (d/w/m) Munich, Bavaria, Germany

Orientation phase: At the beginning, you will get to know important IT contacts as well as specialists and executives from all over the Group. Hospitanzphase: Get to know the everyday life and the systems of our IT customers such as sales and other specialist areas. Become part of one of our offices in Bavaria for a short time. IT-intensive: Work together with our experts and executives on exciting tasks from our IT areas. Get to know specialist content and introduce your individual skills to advance your development and IT. Project work: In training, you will learn agile and classic project methods and use your knowledge directly during an exciting IT project. Further development: Put your personal development package together, consisting of feedback talks, seminars and coachings, to make you optimal. Career with future: Our IT training program is the foundation for your successful career in the IT world. Even after the completion of the program, you will find numerous possibilities for development and further training.

You have a successfully completed degree (master or Bachelor with vocational training) in (economic) informatics, information technology or software engineering. Alternatively, you have completed an MINT or BWL study with a detectable IT focus (e.g. relevant study focuses, IT-related elective modules, project or final work). You have basic knowledge of at least one common programming language such as Python, Java, C++ or JavaScript as well as database management systems and SQL. You have first practical experience through internships, student work, project work or own IT projects that are visible from the CV. You are passionate about the IT world and have a strong understanding of IT processes and relationships. You bring great interest in driving your professional and personal further development actively towards the professional or leadership track. You drive themes forward by yourself and solution-oriented, you like to think ''out of the box' and go actively to others – and you value open, value-adding communication, networks and cooperative cooperation in the team. Excellent knowledge of German in word and writing (C2).
