Payroll Accountant - DATEV / Financial Accounting / ERP (m/w/d)

Our radius of action is located on the German side of the tri-country corner South-Baden.

You carry out the monthly wage and salary bills for our employees, including yosters with surcharges You care about the personal master files and manage the time economy You are a contact person for employees, social security institutions and authorities in billing-relevant questions You create certificates and notifications You work in ongoing financial accounting, especially in the area of debitors/creditors, and prepare monthly and annual accounts You tune accounts, take care of payment transactions and support in business evaluations and reports

You have a completed commercial training, ideally with continuing training in wage accounting or financial accounting You have several years of professional experience in payroll accounting and financial accounting You have well-founded knowledge of pay tax and social security law You are safe to use DATEV or comparable software as well as MS Office and have good knowledge in a common ERP system You work structured, carefully and independently You draw from discretion, team skills and communication strength
