Tasks

• Telephone customer support and consulting
• Creation of offers and order processing
• Maintenance of customer master data
• settlement of complaints
• Participation in marketing activities

Requirements profile

• Completed commercial training (e.g. as an industrial businessman/wife)
• Professional experience in the sales service
• Very good communication skills
• High level of initiative and team skills
• Secure handling of MS Office and/or SAP
• Good knowledge of English
