As a process expert, you are responsible for the innovative development of an attractive competence and skills management of our service technicians. Own responsibility, you give impulses and promote a continuous improvement process based on data-driven evaluations as a Process Expert. Elements of this are strategic competence requirements, hybrid training concepts or regional sales goals. They drive your projects forward and are responsible for achieving the goals (time, scope, budget, quality). They define requirements for the applications (eAcademy, CRM system) and implement them in a sustainable manner in the IT system. In your function, you will follow the entrepreneurial goals of the Bosch Home Comfort Group, understand the requirements and needs of your company-wide stakeholders and implement them. They regularly present control bodies, departmental and departmental management and distribution.
