For the different profiles, you will be happy to try new channels and speeches, target group-oriented to matching candidate: inside and complement our toolet with new approaches in the direct address. On various platforms, you'll find interesting candidates: inside, talk to them and make first calls to pass matching profiles to the recruiting team. In order to stay in touch with our candidate in the long term, you conceptualize and plead the talent pool with the help of target group-specific measures. You support the development of Active Sourcing as an internal Recruitingtool among mountain friends and continuously develop it. You make an important contribution to the strategic orientation and effective recruiting of the recruiting team.

A completed commercial training or a completed study in the fields of business, economics or (economic, organizational) psychology. You have already gained experience in the field of Active Sourcing, like a personal service provider. You are interested in the current topics and trends in the labour market and actively contribute them to your work context. With your winning personality and communication strength, you are happy to be in contact with people and are open to others and appreciated. Your talent for a structured approach will help you use your design space in a targeted manner. Your language skills in German are at native language level, you can communicate in English. You can identify yourself with the values of mountain friends, share our vision and share it with enthusiasm to others.
