Operational planning, control and implementation of projects - Responsibility for the entire project coordination of individual projects from initiation, target definition to successful completion incl. Integration and change management Coordination of teams and resources - Ensuring optimal use of resources: creation of tasks and assignment to employees and coordination of different project phases Monitoring timetables, budgets and quality standards - Ensuring a timely implementation of the projects in compliance with the budget and defined milestones and quality requirements Communication with stakeholders and reporting of project progress - Regular information on the current project status reporting to the PMO and management and ensuring transparent reporting Advanced Task: Analysis and Optimization of Existing Business Processes - Identification of Improvement Potentials and Development and Implementation of Efficiency Enhancement Strategies

Complete studies in the field of business management or a comparable qualification Multiannual experience in project coordination and process analysis Very good analytical skills for evaluating and optimizing processes and KPI's Strongly pronounced agile functioning as well as communication skills, team orientation, enforcement ability and a high level of responsibility Structured, independent and solution-oriented working and the ability to work under pressure prioritized and make decisions Safe handling of office products and knowledge in Jira and Miro desirable
