Employee (f/m/d) Billing

As part of the Rhenus is the MTS specialist for high-tech services. We stand for tailor-made solutions and comprehensive technical services in the field of medical devices. Our portfolio is characterized by comprehensive solutions - we offer our customers the handling of their complete demo pool, both for smaller devices such as ultrasound, endoscopes or incubators as well as larger products such as surgical microscopes and diagnostic devices.

You are responsible for the billing within conditions agreed with the customers. To do this, you prepare the invoices in our transport management system and/or in the form of data exports. You also check the master data stored in the TMS. You carry out the search and provision of documents on our services and invoices. If you are in default, you take the clarification with our customers. In addition, you support projects around the billing.

You have a commercial training or experience in billing, ideally in the forwarding industry. You have good knowledge of Office 365 (especially Excel) and generally have an IT affinity. You score with a good understanding of numbers. It is characterised by a structured, solution-oriented way of working and a high quality awareness. Basic knowledge of English is advantageous, but also further language skills are also preferred. Personally you score as a team player with own initiative and reliability.
