You plan, monitor and document in-house construction measures such as rebuilds, internal changes or extensions, taking into account the existing infrastructure You hire, coordinate and take foreign services You are responsible for costs and appointments for the assigned projects You represent the corporate and building interests of architects:inside, specialist planners:inside and handicraft companies You carry out the annual training for our internal foreign company coordinator: both and reliably engage them in their concerns and questions You support building management

You have a completed training or (m/w/d) or a comparable qualification as an engineer:in or planner:in You have several years of experience in the planning, execution, billing and management of construction measures You work independently and have a strong hands-on mentality You have strong enforcement and organizational skills You enter professionally with external partners:inside at eye level You have good German and English skills
