Organisation and coordination of works council meetings, other committee meetings, meetings and events Creation of protocols and support in documentation appointment coordination and communication with internal and external contacts Support in the research and processing of business constitutional issues Management of confidential documents and maintenance of internal storage and accounting Creation and design of presentations, reports and documents

Completed commercial training or comparable qualificationOccupational experience in assistance, ideally related to bodywork or human resources Embossed organizational skills and structured working discretion, trustworthiness and a high degree of loyalty Very good knowledge of German in word and writing Secure handling of MS Office (especially Word, Excel, Outlook) Communication strength, team spirit and an open, friendly appearance
