You are responsible for our students throughout the entire period of study. You answer all organizational questions about your studies – e.g. contracts, studies, study materials, seminar phases and examination requirements. You perform online events and are actively involved in communication with our participants. You work closely with colleagues from other disciplines and contribute to the continuous development of our service processes.

You have completed university studies, for example in pedagogy, educational management, BWL or a comparable field. Professional experience in customer or participant care, ideally in the educational environment. Safe handling of MS Office and very good knowledge of the German language in word and writing. Communication strength, team spirit, initiative and resilience Remarkable: Experience in dealing with Salesforce. In addition, it is desirable to have good knowledge of English and knowledge of the German higher education and study system
