For 12-15 months, you can participate in different tasks and get to know the essential structures and interfaces of the Bahnbau and STRABAG AG Directorate From the first day on, you are involved in our successful team on site and have an insight into various processes and workflows in the fields of costing, procurement, work preparation, surveying, construction site support or quality management You will be supported by your mentor who accompanies you throughout the training period and, together with you, determines the future orientation of your activity In addition to the intensive and generalistic incorporation into practice, we offer you a mandatory stay abroad of 3 months, operations at our headquarters as well as tailor-made training in our corporate academy After successful completion of the trainee program, you take an attractive and challenging job in the construction/project management with career perspective
