smart? You have a university degree in engineering or an equivalent qualification as well as at least five years of experience in a comparable production environment. During this time, you have successfully managed and managed teams. Your proven experience as a factory manager in a large, complex work of the heavy industry – for example in the plasterboard, steel, pulp, paper or cement industry – underlines your professional competence. You bring a strong track record as a cost-oriented manager that supports the production team with clear leadership.
