Type of employment: Unlimited Working time: Full time Place of work: Dresden As Senior Test Engineer Wafertest (m/w/div.) you take responsibility for testing programs and test setups of our products. They maintain the test programs in the complete life cycle of our products (development, release, volume production, sustaining/optimization) They work with the Bosch production network in the development of products, process harmonization and wafer testing infrastructure. You are responsible for the definition of the test hardware and you initiate the required orders and release activities They are responsible for continuous improvement and methodological further development of the wafer test process area in terms of quality, cost, price, delivery reliability You support the creation of automation scenarios of our plant groups. In addition, you develop and define test solutions and represent these decisions.

Education: completed university studies (Bachelor/Master/Diplom) of electrical engineering, communications technology, computer science, physics or a comparable study programme Experiences and know-how: knowledge of analog and digital circuit technology, experience with industry-standard test systems (e.g. Advantest, Teradyne), basic understanding of semiconductor technologies such as CMOS and/or BCD, development of test programs, programming knowledge (C/C++ or comparable) as well as multiannual experience in wafer testing, ideally in the context of volume production Languages: very good German and English skills Personality: team-capable, durable, communication-strong, very good organizational and problem-solving capability as well as strong quality awareness Working method: independent, independent, result-oriented and reliable
