They are responsible for conducting market analyses and research with a strong focus on endoprosthetics (Arthroplasty) and orthopedic innovations In addition, you develop marketing materials to support brand positioning and customer clarification that are specially tailored to surgical solutions They take over the planning, organisation and implementation of marketing strategies to increase growth and awareness in orthopaedic areas, taking into account effective budget use and optimal resource use You will also work closely with cross-functional teams to develop business plans for new and advanced product lines, including advice on pricing strategies and quality improvements to increase service levels and product availability They contribute to strengthening the company's sales-oriented public appearance by exchanging with orthopedic surgeons, medical professionals and industry leaders - e.g. through customer visits, trade fairs and professional events In addition, strengthen partnerships with OEMs and manufacturers of medical devices to monitor, optimize and develop existing solutions to meet changing clinical requirements Regular monitoring of surgical interventions and training on human preparations to identify cooperation opportunities with third-party providers and to expand the company's product portfolio is also part of your task

You have a completed study of medicine, biomedicine or a related field, ideally with specialization on orthopedics Alternatively, you will have a degree in economics or business administration with well-founded experience in orthopedics and endoprosthetics (Arthroplasty) You already have experience in product management, strategic marketing or product development with a focus on orthopedic devices or surgical solutions A proactive, strategic way of thinking and a deep understanding of the dynamics of the orthopaedic market Your strong communication skills and the ability to interact safely with orthopaedic surgeons, medical professionals and industry experts will distinguish you from A structured, independent way of working with a strong focus on cooperation and teamwork is very important to you as we German and English knowledge in word and writing as well as extensive experience in dealing with MS Office, SAP and CRM systems complete your profile
