You independently collect and process all current business transactions in the area of creditor, asset and property account accounting, as well as bookings of banks, cash registers, credit cards and travel expenses You coordinate and first complete monthly, quarterly and annual accounts for all companies in Germany and abroad You assume the holistic financial responsibility for individual companies, including auditing, reporting and coordination with internal and external stakeholders You handle group-wide payment transactions and control it You will analyse key issues and address complex business incidents in cooperation with tax advisors, auditors and controlling You are responsible for account and intercompany voting and statistical reports You support the departments and international subsidiaries as competent:r Finance Business Partner:in You take the onboarding and integration of new companies into the accounting system landscape You develop existing processes and systems, especially in the field of Fast Close Readiness and Internal Control System You work on special projects such as the introduction of a new ERP system, internationalization strategies or M&A processes

You have a training with further education on/to the tax specialist or account book holder:in or a completed study of the business administration with a focus on accounting You have several years of professional experience (at least 3-5 years) in accounting, in particular with financial security in annual audits as well as experience in accounting and accounting related projects, ideally in the international environment You have comprehensive knowledge of HGB and tax law; Additional knowledge in IFRS or US-GAAP (including SOX) are advantageous You have the ability to work and develop in complex IT structures, as well as experience with the standardization and digitization of accounting processes You are safe in handling Excel, DATEV, Oracle Netsuite (desirable) and CRM systems You speak German (C2) and have very good English skills (B2) in word and writing
