They perform a variety of tasks – they perform the processes of beer production, including quality testing, and control and monitor the production processes. In doing so, use raw materials and excipients, taking into account the procedures and work instructions. In addition, clean, disinfect and maintain the plants and operating spaces according to appropriate requirements. You are a team player – you work closely with interface departments (e.g. maintenance, quality). They ensure smooth processes – they contribute to the elimination of malfunctions and provide evidence of parameters for compliance with the technological and technical processes and traceability of the products (computer-assisted and/or written).

Your training – you have a successfully completed vocational training for brewers and malts. Your experience – First professional experience in a brewery or in the food industry is a clear advantage. Their personality – they are characterized by a self-sponsored and careful way of working, technical understanding, craftsmanship and a high quality awareness. Your know-how – basic knowledge of the current MS Office applications as well as experience in the handling of process control and laboratory data systems (Proleit, Labbase) will also help you.
