Our IT Operations team takes care of the complex support of all IT topics in the area of IT Microsoft Services of our internal and external customers.

As a team leader:in you take on the disciplinary and professional leadership and develop a current 22-member team taking into account further steady growth in a volatile environment. With your team, you will ensure the smooth operation of the Windows/Citrix-based services in our data center certified according to ISO27001. You coordinate the operation with the infrastructure teams and the product areas of our company You are the first contact person:inside for the department in relation to the optimization and further development of the existing services You continue the development of our service management for internal and external customers and support the appropriate 'Method Case' and the appropriate tool landscape You work together with your department management on professional product and service development (Vision/Strategie) You plan, control and coordinate the needs of your team and service management based on key figures and can demonstrate the progress of your team

You have a completed IT degree or a completed vocational training with an IT focus or a comparable qualification You bring well-founded experience in the management of a team and multi-year operating experience in data center operations You are passionate about IT service management, feel comfortable with ITIL and have an affinity on IT security issues You think entrepreneurial, pronounced communication skills in different facets are a strength and bring a great portion of serenity to a volatile environment with You are very structured, analytical and have a portfolio of different methods and tools, e.g. in classic or agile project management Ideally, you've been working with Hyperscalern
