Central contact for internal customers in all questions concerning technical and infrastructure building management Planning, costing, tendering and implementation of technical projects (new, re- and extension structures) in house and operating technology Operation and monitoring of technical building systems, CAFM systems and building control technology, including troubleshooting and maintenance planning Coordination of external service providers as well as professional support of TÜV and expert reviews, defect tracking and operational optimization Cooperation in energy and environmental management, including measures to increase efficiency and sustainability

Complete technical studies, e.g. in electrical engineering, supply engineering, civil engineering or technical building management Multiannual professional experience in technical building operations, facility management or project management in the industrial environment Safe handling of MS Office, CAFM systems, CAD applications and building control Good English knowledge of word and writing and readiness to travel Embossed service orientation, enforcement ability to external service providers and high sense of responsibility
