Implementation of process improvements in resistance, MSG and laser welding systems using all available current welding technologies Maintenance of welding systems to ensure that manufacturing activities are within the specifications and design and application of specifications for manufacturing Support of maintenance activities in the planning of maintenance work and training and development of maintenance technicians from the perspective of welding Detection, tracking and consulting of standstill and committee problems as well as implementation of short- and long-term solutions to minimize downtime Management and implementation of internal projects to implement new technical changes that modify assembly processes Cooperation with providers in relation to software/hardware updates and troubleshooting systems to carry out other necessary tasks which are considered appropriate and necessary

Successfully completed technical studies, in particular mechanical engineering, industrial engineering or comparable to welding technology, electrical engineering or another technical discipline Multiannual professional experience in welding technology or welding experience in a welding/robotics environment Comprehensive knowledge in the areas of resistance welding, MIG welding and laser welding Programming knowledge of robotics and welding controls for welding construction steel, aluminum, hybrid and organic coated materials High competence in laser welding technology and resistance welding Good knowledge of welding control systems (Bosch DC Mid-Freq Inverter, Servo welding tongs technology, Kuka Robotics, Laser power sources, ABB, Fanuc) Embossed familiarity with the Buckle nut and bolt welding Very good knowledge of English and German High team capability High motivation, performance, loadability and commitment
