We are currently expanding the competence in the field of residential systems. You can take a leading role in the Department of Real Estate Management at the Hamburg or Berlin site. From the general department we provide IT systems, IT applications and IT consulting for our internal customers - the departments responsible for the real estate processes. Your main activities include: Responsibility for the operation and continuous development of our real estate systems, especially Wodis Sigma and archive compact Analysis and consulting of strategic requirements from the fields of expertise and development of innovative solutions for the optimization of the real estate business processes Coordination and management of external service providers and interdisciplinary project teams to develop, implement and commission IT solutions Further development of existing solutions and integration of new requirements in close cooperation with the departments to develop and integrate them proactively, and to carry out training and workshops Analysis of data flows and data modelling and documentation of ETL processes Quality assurance of project results and preparation of regular reports on progress and results of projects

You fit us and this position when you bring the following: Completed studies of (economic) informatics, economics or comparable qualifications Relevant professional experience, ideally in the real estate or ERP environment Experience in dealing with real estate software solutions (e.g. Wodis) and/or relevant KPIs in property management is advantageous knowledge of process analysis, modelling and optimization, as well as ETL processes and SQL Self-employed, structured and analytical methods and high problem solving competence A way of working, characterized by partnership, appreciation and enthusiasm and team spirit We also welcome diverse educational backgrounds and work experiences.
