The German Pension Insurance Federation is the largest German pension insurance company. In an interdisciplinary team, we are responsible for the external quality assurance (QS) of the nationwide rehabilitation facilities. We analyse the performance and report the results regularly to the service providers and the relevant pension insurance providers. For this we use various instruments and procedures that we continuously develop. We are looking for a competent and motivated personality to strengthen the structure quality.

With your expertise, you will be able to provide your professional skills with special trust by accompanying our QS procedures, supporting the outcome preparation and exchanging various stakeholders with various questions about quality assurance. In particular, you will take over the following activities: Participation in the planning and implementation of the QS process “Peer Review of Medical Rehabilitation” in an interdisciplinary team Content planning and implementation of regular training of doctors in the peer review procedure including active contributions (devices, guidance of small groups) Participation in the QS process of structural quality including the supervision of a specialist body on structural requirements of medical rehabilitation Developing existing and implementing new QS methods Entering German pension insurance internally and externally, for example by clarifying controversial topics with various stakeholders, creating publications and holding lectures on rehab quality assurance and in cooperation with specialist bodies of German pension insurance The activity is linked to occasional, well-planned missions.

A completed study of human medicine, medical approval and, where appropriate, completed specialist training Very good German knowledge in word and writing (at least language level C1) Ideal professional experience related to rehabilitation They bring a high degree of self-responsibility, social competence and a pronounced customer orientation.
