The task of our clinics is to make rehabilitands fit again for work and everyday life. For our dedicated team we are looking for reinforcement in the task management in central purchasing.

Own implementation and legal support of national and EU-wide tenders according to GWB, VgV, UVgO, internal requirements and their pooling for all services Implementation of cost-effectiveness studies taking into account life cycle costs, total cost of ownership (TCO), investment and operating costs Creation of decision-making and awarding templates for the clinic lines and bodies Project and AG Participation in the context of central procurement and its further development Creation and maintenance of documentation, queries and distribution documents Processing of special tasks It is a particularly dangerous place for corruption, special reliability and integrity are expected.

You have a completed university education (Bachelor, Diplom-FH) of the economics or a comparable course of study with a focus on procurement or controlling or an equivalent qualification (for example, a specialist) or a completed vocational training with at least 5 years of professional experience in the commercial or administrative area You have at least 3 years of current professional experience in purchasing or controlling, ideally in healthcare They have knowledge of European and national procurement law (GWB, VgV, UVgO) or are willing to acquire them within a reasonable period of time They are safe in dealing with the Office applications, especially Excel, and ideally bring first professional experience in dealing with e-supply platforms and ERP systems (e.g. SAP) with Your analytical thinking skills, your care, reliability and strong numerical affinity as well as your communication skills and consulting skills complete your profile
