Praktikant/Werkstudent (m/w/d) im Bereich Innovation Management, Startup Partnerships and Project Organisation

Sutthauser Straße 280, 49080 Osnabrück You support our Köster-Ventures team in the areas of innovation, collaboration and investment in the startup context - and work on the development, evaluation and implementation of exciting ConTech solutions and digital business models You actively accompany the systematic concept of ideas, help with prototype development and participate in pilot projects You drive the internal and external communication and perception of Köster Ventures and organize events with employees and external partners You scout exciting startups and technologies in the ConTech area You support operational tasks in the context of our start-up collaborations (Venture Clienting) - from stakeholder management to the organisation of project meetings to the preparation of pilot projects You create convincing presentations and pitch decks and actively introduce your ideas into the team

You are studying business, computer science, engineering or a comparable degree programme and want to actively shape exciting innovations in the construction industry. You have first practical experience in consulting, startups, innovation management, corporate venturing or the like. You are interested in digital business models, tech trends and collaboration with startups. You work structured, bring your own initiative, creativity and team spirit with you and enjoy taking responsibility You have convincing communication skills as well as safe handling of common office tools (in particular PowerPoint)
