Projektmanager (m/w/d) We are looking for the Statistical Office of Stuttgart. The body shall be occupied in parttime (80%) and indefinitely. The Statistical Office is the centre of competence and central service providers for data, analyses and elections within the city administration. The subject area “Administration and Civil Service Statistics” assists the departments in carrying out their tasks and supervises all administrative, budgetary, organisational and personnel matters of the Statistical Office.

As a data protection coordinator, you are a central contact person for the concerns of data protection in the Statistical Office as well as an interface with the Data Protection and Information Security Office of the Landeshauptstadt Stuttgart This includes the examination and processing of tasks in the field of data protection (e.g. processing directories, data panels, deletion concepts, data follow-up assessments, declarations of consent, order processing, requests for information) They work with the creation and implementation of a data protection management system and with all data protection-relevant measures and projects, especially in data collections, as well as questions about the confidentiality of individual data according to the Landesstatistikgesetz the advice, training and instruction of employees in the Statistical Office is also one of your tasks Project work in the field of organisation, personnel management, general administrative tasks and special tasks (e.g. health management, reporting, foreign staff, compliance) complete the task area A change or addition of the task area is reserved.
