Total responsibility for the technical project management of residential construction projects (new construction & renovation) Control and coordination of external and internal planning partners as well as all works involved in the construction Ensuring quality, dates and budgets throughout the entire project term Participation in the development of marketable usage concepts and construction planning Technical assistance when buying suitable building plots incl. Feasibility check and land analysis Interface between sales, project development and construction Continuous optimization of internal processes and technical standards in the company

Completed studies in civil engineering, architecture or comparable qualification Multiannual experience in technical management or project management in housing Knowledge of building and real estate law, ideally also in VOB and HOAI Embossed technical understanding and high quality awareness Entrepreneurial thinking and independent, structured working Communication strength, team orientation and enforcement capability Safe handling of MS Office and relevant project management tools Mobility within the Region of Mittelfranken
