Your tasks:

• Support for project management: You help plan, coordinate and monitor our projects in the field of energy and mobility
• Communication: You are the interface between project management, other business areas of the companies of the Schwarz Group and service providers and ensures a smooth flow of information
• Documentation: You're planning project documents and launching reports and presentations
• Organization: You coordinate appointments, meetings and travels and ensure efficient organisation of the process
• Work on projects: You bring your own ideas and actively support the implementation of our projects

Your profile:

• Completed commercial or technical training or comparable qualification
• First professional experience in project management or in a similar position is advantageous
• Safe handling of MS-Office and Google product landscape, good organizational skills and a structured way of working
• Good communication skills in word and writing (German and English)
• Joy in team collaboration and in projects, reliability and a high level of commitment
