The ''Control and Planning CKD Network'' department is responsible for supporting the international CKD (Completely Knocked Down) production network of Mercedes-Benz Cars. With its six plants worldwide and over 2,000 employees, the network makes a significant contribution to corporate success. Our team “CKD Network Governance & Business Development” focuses on securing the center management functions, body management and alignment of the international business goals. In cooperation with various international interfaces and business partners at the headquarters, such as finance, strategy, sales, IT and logistics, we manage the economic success of the CKD network. These challenges include: Transformation projects: You work, partly autonomous, on digitization and electrification projects and support the application of agile methods for digital optimization of the CKD network Intercultural cooperation: You tax the international production sites in Egypt, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand and Vietnam in close cooperation with local employees on site Strategic, operational project work: You support strategic projects including the preparation and preparation of dates Reporting: First reports and decision-making templates for (top) management and take on international interdisciplinary tasks with a high degree of responsibility and self-sufficiency Process maps: You actively shape and document process maps (e.g. logistics processes) using the BPMN process modeling method with The internship offers a great opportunity to develop your skills in an international environment.
