Customer interaction & advice: Consulting in the design, implementation and optimization of monitoring and observability solutions with the help of New Relic and Uptrends. You make sure that our users understand and use best practices to monitor and optimize their systems.

Requirements analysis: Close cooperation with users to analyze their specific requirements and applications related to monitoring. You translate these requirements into tailor-made solutions.

Adaptation & implementation: Adapting the functions in New Relic or Uptrends according to customer requirements. You develop custom dashboards, reports and adjust alarms.

Optimization: Continuous evaluation and refinement of monitoring configurations to optimize system performance, reduce downtime and improve visibility of infrastructure and application status.

Customer training: providing tailor-made training and workshops with the teams to ensure that they can optimally use the monitoring platforms in their daily operation.

Support & troubleshooting: As an expert for complex problems, you will ensure optimal performance of the monitoring systems.

Communication: You actively communicate the value of observability and convince stakeholders of the benefits.

You have a degree in computer science, information technology or a related field or comparable training with professional experience.

Extensive knowledge and practical experience with monitoring and observability solutions or tracking tools such as Adobe, Google Analytics or similar, experience with New Relic or Uptrends would be beneficial.

You have at least. 2 years of professional experience in contact with customers and stakeholders.

Good understanding of IT infrastructures (cloud, on-premise, containers, microservices) and their monitoring and performance optimization.

Experience in consulting customers in complex IT projects, preferably in the field of monitoring and observability.

Knowledge of the adaptation and extension of dashboards, alarm rules, reporting and integration within New Relic or Uptrends are desirable.

You have very good analytical, methodical and communicative skills.
